1) Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours for in-stock items. Orders placed on weekends/UK public holidays are processed on the next working day.

- United Kingdom: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch
 - Europe: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch

4) Carriers
We partner with reputable carriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, DHL). Tracking is provided by email once shipped.
5) Shipping Costs
Flat rate £9.99 worldwide per order. Free worldwide delivery on orders over £50 (after discounts), automatically applied at checkout.
6) Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to duties/taxes/fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in product price or shipping cost and are payable by the customer.
7) Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is delayed or missing, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. For damaged deliveries, provide photos and contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can replace or refund as appropriate.
8) Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. We cannot refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
