1) Eligibility
- Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging (incl. manuals/accessories).
- Return is initiated within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
2) Start a Return
Request a return via contact form with your order number, items, and reason (optional).
3) Return Shipping
Customers cover return postage unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Use tracked shipping and keep proof of postage.
4) Damaged/Incorrect Items
Report within 48 hours of receipt with photos; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
5) Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa or Mastercard) within 7–14 business days after inspection.
6) Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible items. Contact us before sending anything back.
7) Non-Returnable Items
- Used or unsealed electrical tools/accessories
- Opened consumables (bits, blades, lubricants)
- Gift cards or digital downloads
